InfluEngine respects your right to have your personal data removed from our systems. This page explains what data we hold, what can be deleted, and how to submit a request.
We process all verified deletion requests within 14 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.
Instagram / Meta data: If your profile data was retrieved via the Meta Business Discovery API and you would like it removed from our systems, please submit a request using the contact details below. We will process your request within 14 days and confirm deletion in writing.
Data We May Hold About You
Brand Partner Data: Name, business email, company name, phone number, and campaign brief details submitted via our forms.
Creator Profile Data: Instagram username, biography, follower count, media count, and engagement metrics retrieved via the Meta Business Discovery API for Business/Creator accounts.
Technical Logs: IP addresses and usage logs retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
We do not hold payment information, private messages, or any data beyond publicly available Instagram Business/Creator account fields.
How to Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email to our data team
Email us at the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and your Instagram username if applicable.

We verify your identity
We may ask for basic verification to confirm ownership of the data before processing. This protects against unauthorised deletion requests.

Deletion is processed within 14 days
Once verified, we will delete all associated data from our active systems and send you a written confirmation. Anonymised aggregate data and legal compliance records may be retained as required by law.
